Great project ! I like the way you focus on what has the most impact, and suggest multiple solutions for many kinds of situation.

I think the strategy is not the best, because you don't consider the "energy trilemma" at all.

You suggest the technological solutions first, without tackling the behaviour change. Other teams offer passive, smart and low-cost solutions BEFORE the switch of appliances and EV.

More over, commuteworking might have a rebound effect. I guess you are french so I found a source of ADEME for you

The animation is not bad at all. Keep going and improve the critical analysis by using the energy trilemma concept ;)

What I really like in this project is that we all are Alice & Bob somehow. It focuses on what we need to tackle first to have the most impact, and that is what we need !

The best project in my opinion. I like the fact that you make the easy changes in the first year. Indeed behavioral changes are more effective but take a long time to be "implemented". Therefore I find realistic that sobriety behaviors are implemented in your scenarios step by step, and on a long period of time. Congrats and good luck !

Nice job guys ! I think the small budget scenario is a wonderful idea because money prevents a lot of people from changing their habbits.
